The Potions Cauldron Group makes every effort to ensure that its attractions and retail outlets are accessible for as many visitors as possible.
However, due to the location and nature of some of our buildings, there may be some challenges for some visitors with disabilities, medical needs, and access needs. The Potions Cauldron Group is in line with the Equality Act 2010.
We are committed to ensuring that every visitor has an enjoyable and safe visit, whenever possible. Should any visitor have any issues or concerns that are not addressed below, we recommend emailing the following, where a member of the team will be happy to help.
