The Potions Cauldron Group makes every effort to ensure that its attractions and retail outlets are accessible for as many visitors as possible.
However, due to the location and nature of some of our buildings, there may be some challenges for some visitors with disabilities, medical needs, and access needs. The Potions Cauldron Group is in line with the Equality Act 2010.
We are committed to ensuring that, wherever possible, every visitor has a safe and enjoyable experience. If any visitor has issues or concerns that are not addressed below, we recommend emailing the following, and a member of our team will be happy to assist.

We are located at 4 St John's Centre, Leeds, LS2 8LQ
Our venue is accessible for both wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters. Please note that some holes on the actual mini golf course have restricted access.
Carers are free at The Hole In Wand Leeds, please bring proof with you, which can be a carer card or similar. We understand not everyone will have one, so letters, etc, will be considered. Carers who are available are there to support the person playing; however, please note that carers wishing to play will need to pay an upgrade cost of £2.49, which includes a magical potion.
We have toilets on-site for our guests.
There are also disabled toilets located opposite the door to The Hole In Wand.
We welcome all guide and assistance dogs into the venue. Should you require a water and bowl, please ask a member of the team.
We provide ear defenders at all times as we play a soundtrack specifically made for the venue, and the golf balls can sometimes bang. We also have specific mornings where we offer a quiet hour. Please check our social media for the latest dates and information about our events. We also have sensory bags, which are available to lend while you are playing golf.
We have seating in our tavern area. If you require a seat elsewhere in the venue, please ask a member of staff.
We are currently training all staff on Welcome to Excellence’s training course ‘Welcoming All’, which will provide our team with greater tools in welcoming guests with specific and additional needs.
Our staff are undertaking training to become Dementia Friends.
