Dalton Park – Power of the Basilisk Holes Guide

Hole 1- The Gallery of Legends

As you marvel at the portraits of legendary beasts, one of which is stealing your beloved dragons’ eggs, you should try to hit your egg between the stacks of books and up into the hole in front of the fireplace.

Hole 2- The Potions Cauldron

Place your dragon egg into the hole in the face of the right-hand cabinet and watch as it rolls down the chute, dipping into the cauldron and onto the floor. But beware, it seems like the Potion Master has muddled up their mixture with disastrous consequences…

Hole 3- Bolam Lake

You are transported to the dark and mysterious waters of Bolam Lake - the forest around you is alive with creatures of the night.

Step up onto the jetty and put your dragon egg into the first hole – make sure you put it into the golden whirlpool quickly before something snatches it away.

Hole 4- Revenge on Lumley Castle

Ghostly apparitions have been scared to death (literally) by the Beast of Bolam as it rampaged through the castle corridors.

Send your dragon egg down the carpet and into the hole - but stay on your guard, the Beast may still be lurking.

Hole 5- The Beast of Bolam

As you leave the castle, you realise that the beast has passed through - but whose cabin has it put a hole in?

Putt your egg towards the treasure chest and try to avoid getting trapped by the footprints… or worse!

Hole 6- Penshaw Hill

As you emerge from the cabin, the towering structure of the Penshaw Hill Monument looms above you.

There’s no sight of the beast; it must have found a secret way inside. Putt your dragon egg around the base of the pillars and into the hole cup to continue your quest.

Hole 7- Weardale Fairies

When your egg goes down the hole, an opening into the hillside appears before you. As you peer into the bleak, you decipher a dark and murky tunnel descending into the depths.

Putt your egg down the tunnel but watch out, the ground down here is uneven!

Hole 8- Sirens Song

The fairy tunnel opens out into an ethereal underground lagoon, and you spot a mermaid sitting on a rock. Putt your egg around the rock and into the golden whirlpool but keep your wits about you; there are strange noises coming from a passage nearby.

Hole 9- Lair of the Basilisk

You come face-to-face with the writhing form of the Lambton Worm and are caught in an epic battle. But who will win? And who will be turned to stone first? Step up to the tee and finish the worm off by shooting your egg up the ramp and under its chin.
